How do I reserve or cancel a class?
Reservations as well as Cancellations must be made through Mindbody and cannot be taken over the phone or through email.

Do I need to bring my own equipment? Can I rent a Yoga mat?
We ask that participants to bring their own mat to the studio, and limit the personal belongings brought into the studio space. We do offer rental mats (as available first come first serve) for $5. We provide usage of blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and weights complimentary.

When do the doors open prior to a class start time?
Doors will open 15 minutes before class.

Do you offer virtual Classes and do I need to pre-register?
SEIKRID offers only in-studio classes at this time. You must PRE-REGISTER for classes and workshops through our MINDBODY online schedule.

Do I need to sign a liability form?
All participants must sign an updated electronic liability waiver form through the SEIKRID Mindbody before coming in for their first in studio class. There may be additional liability waivers for special workshops.

Can I bring my phone in the studio?
We ask that any cell phones in the lobby area be put on “Do Not Disturb.” Cell phones will not be allowed beyond the lobby area.

Do you have a refund policy? Do your services expire?
SEIKRID does not offer refunds on any class cards, memberships, workshops, or special events. All class cards and monthly memberships have expiration dates. Be sure to check the expiration dates of the class cards before you purchase one, to be sure you will be able to attend the classes in the given time frame. Class packs and Studio subscriptions are not able to be shared or transferred. Special Classes, Events, Ceremonies, and Workshops, are not included in memberships. Sauna, Cold Plunge, Massage, and Reiki services are not included in Subscriptions or Class Packs and are booked by appointment only.

Cancellation Policy
SEIKRID reserves the right to cancel or change the date of any class, workshop, special event or retreat as needed. We will do our best to notify participants in a timely manner if this occurs. We will post any changes in the schedule due to holidays or studio closure and please visit our schedule on Mindbody for the most up to date information on all classes as the source of truth.
There are no refunds within 24 hours of the class.

Are your classes heated?
Some of our classes are heated. You can find more information on our “Class Types” page of this website. Always check with your medical healthcare professional before committing to heated classes.

Do you have a sick policy?
We ask all our students and teachers to stay home if they are feeling unwell, showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu, including but not limited to cough, fever, headache, nausea, or sore throat.

Check Payment policy
All returned checks are subject to a processing fee of $30. This fee along with the original amount of the check is due within seven business days of the official notification from SEIKRID.

Do you offer returns on merchandise?
Everything in our studio is final sale with no returns

If I have never taken Yoga, which class should I take?
We encourage new students to check out our Restorative, Yin, or Yoga 1 class types which focus on gentle poses and fundamentals. In all classes, we encourage participants to modify to their skillset to avoid any injuries. Teachers may offer layers and options for different levels. Connect with your instructor before or after class to ask questions or get class recommendations. Always check with your doctor to ensure you are able to participate.
