Deborah Wirzburger is a Certified Wim Hof Instructor with expertise in Wim Hof Breathwork, Cold Exposure, and Sauna Therapy.
She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor with a rich Finnish heritage that introduced her to the healing practice of Sauna/Cold Exposure from the age of four. She incorporates the essence of Hygge, a Danish concept of comfort and well-being, into her unique therapeutic techniques.
Deborah is proficient in various modalities, including Thai, Medical, and Oncology massage, Reiki, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Myofascial Release. She also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a certified Health Coach. With over two decades of experience treating clients from Boston to Cape Cod & the Islands, Deborah emphasizes honest communication to understand the root causes of discomfort and dysfunction. Her self-care protocols are based on biochemistry, breathwork, and mindfulness, influenced by her personal healing journey and Finnish sisu.
As an instructor at Spa Tech Institute, Deborah is dedicated to training future therapists, ensuring the continued excellence of the profession in Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and completed her training at Spa Tech Institute in Plymouth, MA.

Her guiding mantra is: "Breathe deeply, move freely, enjoy living in your body today."
Jessica Sears Boyle
Jessica is the owner of SEIKRID and a Certified Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, trained in the Wim Hof Methodology as well as other Breath and Cold Exposure therapies. With over 10 years of active engagement in cold exposure, Jessica has harnessed the power of this practice to enhance physical and mental well-being. Jessica’s vast knowledge of cold exposure techniques positively influence hormone regulation, including boosting norepinephrine levels, which can improve mood, focus, and overall brain function. Cold Plunging can also stimulate the vagus nerve, which helps to balance the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote a state of calm.
Jessica integrates the benefits of infrared saunas and chromotherapy lights to aid with overall somatic healing. Infrared saunas penetrate deep into the skin, promoting detoxification, improving circulation, and aiding in muscle recovery. They can also support cardiovascular health, enhance skin tone, and reduce inflammation. The Chromotherapy, or color light therapy in the Sauna, uses different wavelengths of light to balance the body’s energy, alleviate stress, and promote healing. Each color offers unique benefits: blue light calms and reduces pain, red light stimulates and energizes, and green light promotes overall well-being.
In addition to her expertise in hot & cold therapy, Jessica holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do martial arts and is an RYT Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Yoga Sculpt Instructor, Meditation & Sound Facilitator, and Ceremonial Drummer.
With over 15 years of experience in various global settings, she has facilitated SEIKRID Breathwork ceremonies, taught yoga, hosted retreats, organized summits, led corporate events, and delivered keynote speeches for organizations worldwide.
Jessica is dedicated to bringing her extensive knowledge and passion for holistic health to her dharma, continually inspiring and transforming lives through her diverse skill set and profound understanding of the mind-body connection
Infrared saunas use infrared light to directly heat the body, penetrating deeper into the skin compared to traditional saunas, which heat the air around you.
