Meet Your Facilitators

Dani Reardon

Dani is one of your SEIKRID Sanctuary Leaders. She is also a yoga instructor, sound practitioner, and ceremony facilitator. Her greatest passion, first and foremost, is being a student of these modalities. Second is sharing her heart, lessons, and energy with as many people as she can through the practices of yoga, sound, and ceremony. Connecting with, and loving her tribe is her superpower, and one of the favorite things she gets to do.

After her career as a professional athlete, she discovered the world of yoga, plant medicine, and the infinite possibilities available through sound. If she is not on the cape, she is studying in Arizona and Peru with her teachers. Music is at the heart of everything she does. Her life completely changed now that she can create her own music and sounds, while actually being helpful to the community receiving it.

Her power vinyasa yoga classes are shamanic and energetic in nature, an orchestration of energy between music, movement and the great mystery. Her sound and medicine ceremonies are intentional, deep, creative, prayerful, and where she truly gets to live on the edge of herself and what it means to be of service. The retreats she hosts are transformational, medicinal, unique, and fun. What all of this comes down to is what she loves most, and that is to share what she learns along her journey of self discovery and studying spirituality.

Topics like the elements, chakras, philosophy, anatomy, shamanism, mantra, sound, energy work, and plant medicine are what you can expect to find her talking about in classes, workshops and really, anywhere she goes. A totally open book, devoted being, curious student, and humble warrior is what you can expect when you meet her. Come to class, a ceremony, or just meet her for a hike in nature. Truly, she can't wait to meet and connect with you.
